Professional plan worth it for us

We've been using Doodle Professional for a few months now, and it's been pretty consistent. I signed up for the annual plan after the 14-day free trial, which saved us some money. Setting up my Booking Page was straightforward, and it syncs perfectly with my Google Calendar. We also use the Zoom Integration, which has saved a lot of hassle. Support helped me once when I had trouble setting up Custom Branding; they replied within a day. Delivery isn't really a thing for this service, but everything was accessible instantly after purchase.

Reliable scheduling tool

I've been a Doodle user for a while now, mostly for internal coordination. This time, I upgraded to include the Microsoft Teams Integration for a new project. It was just as smooth as my previous experiences. The Calendar Sync always works, and the Automatic Reminders are really helpful, especially for those busy colleagues. I appreciate that they've kept the interface clean over the years. It's why I keep coming back instead of trying other tools like Calendly. It just works, every time.

Good for quick scheduling

I used Doodle's Group Polls feature to set up a team meeting last week. It was quick and easy to send out. Everyone voted fast, and I found a time without a lot of back-and-forth emails. Worked as expected.

Thinking about upgrading to the annual plan for professional, do they usually have a discount for that? Or is it full price?

A Andre 2 months ago
Definitely a discount for annual. I think it was around 25% off compared to paying monthly.

Yeah, saved a decent chunk switching to annual. It's usually built in, you just pick the annual option at checkout.

Does Doodle even work with Outlook? My whole team is on Outlook and we need something that integrates smoothly.

D David K. 2 months ago
Yes, it does! There's an Outlook add-in, makes it super easy to sync your calendar.

Are there any specific discounts for students? I'm trying to set up some study groups and don't want to pay full price.

D Dan G. 2 months ago
I'm pretty sure they do offer a student discount. I'd look on their site or contact support to confirm.

Yeah, I think I saw something about student pricing. It's not always super prominent, but it's usually there.

quick question, is Doodle better than Calendly? Can't decide between the two for my small business.

R Renee 2 months ago
I've used both. Doodle's group polling is awesome for finding a time everyone can do. Calendly is more 1:1 focused, in my experience.

Depends what you need. If you're doing a lot of 'what time works best for everyone' type meetings, Doodle is probably better. For just scheduling calls with individuals, Calendly might be simpler.

Is Doodle secure enough for business stuff? My boss is always worried about data and privacy.

M Mike 3 months ago
They mention being GDPR compliant and having enterprise-grade security. I'd check their privacy policy for specifics, but it seems legit.

From what I gather, it's built for business use, so security should be pretty tight. Most big companies use it.
